Clearly, the lucky lady was over the moon when George showed up at her care home to help celebrate her special day.
He headed to the Sunrise Senior Living centre, in Sonning to wish resident Pat Adams a very happy birthday.

Carer Linda Jones admitted it was a “dream come true” for resident Pat. She shared a sweet snap of the pair and captioned it: “A dream came true for one of our residents today!”
Pat has been a huge fan of actor George for years, her favourite film of his is Oceans Eleven. Carer Linda commented: “several letters have been sent asking would it be possible for her dream to come true.”
Mr Clooney didn’t turn up empty handed either, he brought Pat some birthday flowers with a sweet note.

Other residents have explained the surprise to the BBC noting: “She was absolutely thrilled to meet her great icon, and it was such a lovely surprise to see George greet her with flowers and a card.”
Pat even joked that George was welcome to return when his twins are born later this year. It will certainly be hard to top her birthday celebrations this year!
