United Kingdom is ranked 19th on the happiest countries in the world list.
The world’s unhappiest countries, by contrast, are all in the Middle East and Africa. Yemen and Syria are included in the bottom 10 along with Tanzania, Burundi and the Central African Republic who make up the bottom three.
